It’s all in the details
In the Abs and Glutes Programme Part One, you’ll have access to the Miverbo app for guided workouts and exercises. You can set your programme start date on a personalised calendar. Workouts are logged and rated (easy, moderate, hard) to monitor progress, and Corinne will monitor your input and stay in touch via the app!
Programme Structure
Week 1-2:
- Bodyweight exercises with a focus on legs, glutes, obliques, and abs.
- Active rest days.
Week 3-4:
- Compound leg exercises for strength, targeting glutes, hamstrings, quads, and the core.
- Active rest days.
Week 5-6:
- Increase dumbbell weights and continue leg and core exercises.
- Active rest days.
Week 7-8:
- Further increase dumbbell weights while maintaining leg, core, and ab exercises.
- Active rest days.
*Expect exercise changes and shorter rest phases within each phase. Remember, “If it does not challenge you, it does not change you!”

Equipment needed from Week 3 onwards:

Additional Support
- Full nutrition guidance with a weekly meal plan for fat loss and muscle definition.

How do I book?

Is it all online?
Everything is conducted online, except for the one-on-one follow-up sessions, which can be held online or in person. During these individual meetings, we discuss personal challenges and conduct the weigh-in.
Do you offer a payment structure?
Yes, we offer a structured payment option.
What happens after the programme?
You can choose to either enrol in another programme or opt for continued follow-ups, maintaining access to the private Facebook group for individualised and community support.
How many kilos will I lose?
Our goal is to lose 1 kilo per week, but individual responses vary. While some may lose up to 2 kilos, others might shed just 0.5 kilos. Over time, you’ll gradually see the weight come off, understanding that the journey is a process of its own.
What if I don't manage to do everything?
I will provide you with a structured plan to maximise your chances of completing the tasks.
How many workouts will I have to do?
For the 8-Week Abs & Glutes Programme, the number of workouts is detailed in the programme overview.
What if I don't like the meals?
These can be adjusted to your liking.
Are dietary requirements addressed?
Yes, dietary requirements are thoroughly addressed in our programme. We ensure that individual nutritional needs and preferences are taken into consideration to provide a comprehensive and tailored approach.
Do you tackle diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, fatty liver, colitis, and IBS?
Yes, our programme addresses conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, fatty liver, colitis, and IBS. We implement strategies and recommendations tailored to manage and improve these specific health concerns. Meal plans are provided accordingly.
Are you going to cut my carbs?
No, carbohydrates serve as our primary energy source. Instead of eliminating them, we’ll emphasise consuming complex carbs and reducing the intake of refined carbs and added sugars.
Can I have a cheat meal or dessert at some point?
Absolutely! The true strength of this programme lies in promoting a balanced lifestyle rather than offering just a temporary solution.
What will I eat? Is there a requirement for supplementation?
You’ll be consuming regular food. There’s no need for additional supplementation.
How will I be kept accountable?
Through ongoing communication and the Miverbo app – which tracks your activities and allows me oversight – we’ll ensure you stay accountable.
